The Core 100 program is specifically designed for those who want to target their midsection. Core 100 is a core workout that will trim and sculpt your midsection. Our trainers will challenge your mind and body to change the view you see in the mirror and get your abs ready for summer. 

 

Core 100 is a fast paced workout that occurs once a week, on Saturday morning. The workout consists of 7 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of core work, and 3 minutes of stretching. The workout is intense but worthwhile. Come out to a Core 100 class today and try it for free. You may be sore the next day, but that’s just a sign that it's working!
