Q. How do I sign up?

A. To sign up for a membership, simply click on the get started tab. Select your sports or fitness service then choose the drop-in or membership option to get started.

Q. What fitness level do I need to be at to participate in your classes?

A. Any fitness level! This can be your first workout ever or you can be a decorated athlete. No matter where you are – we will take you to the Next Level!

 

Q. Can I work out if I have an injury or disability?

A. Our Coaches are trained on how to modify our exercises to accommodate injuries and/or disabilities. Just let one of our Team members know when you sign up and we will take care of you!

 

Q. How long are the classes?

A. Most of our classes are 50 minutes long. Click on the “Get Started” tab to see the length of each of our classes.

 

Q.  Do I need to bring anything to class?

A. Positive attitude! Determination! Also bring water, mat and a hand towel.

 

Q. Can kids come to class?

A. Yes, we accommodate kids ages 5 and up, just be sure to let one of our Team members know so Coach can prepare. 

 

Q. Do you offer one-on-one training?

A. Yes, we do! Contact us for details.
