The Grind is Real

Come join us for the most fun, innovative camp this summer including speed & agility training and practice games. Whether you are a newcomer to sports or a varsity level player we will help you develop athletically to the next level. We want to assist you in achieving your sports and life goals while helping you develop into the best player and person you can be. If you love sports - you don't want to miss this camp!

Our camp offers comprehensive skill training, dribbling skills, speed & agility drills, shooting techniques and leadership guidance. Campers will also get to participate in team play.

Camp Details

Campers will need:

- Basketball (not required)

Day 1:

Grades 3rd - 5th

8:00 am - 8:50 am Check in

9:00 am - 9:30 am Devotional and Warm-up

9:30 am - 9:35 am Water Break and Recap Warm-up

9:35 am - 10:15 am Speed and Agility Drills

10:15 am - 10:25 am Water Break and Recap Speed and Agility Drills

10:25 am - 10:55 am Conditioning Drills 

10:55 am - 11:00 am Water Break and Recap Conditioning Drills

11:00 am - 11:30 am Shooting Techniques and Free Throws

Grades 6th - 8th

12:15 pm - 12:30 pm Check in
