Core 100 is exactly what it sounds like: a class that focuses on building and strengthening your core.  This is a great class specifically designed for those who want to target their midsection. The workout is intense but worthwhile. ZUMBA

 

Next Level Sports and Fitness is proud to offer Zumba Classes! Zumba is a fun and exciting way to lose weight, tone up, and get fit. Using different styles of Latin and hip-hop influenced music and dance moves, Zumba combines all the elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and coordination.
